Unexpected or ongoing difficult life events can often leave us feeling unable to 'think straight' and/or feel ok in ourselves. I offer my clients a calm and positive space to work through those challenges, giving an opportunity for self-reflection utilising psychotherapeutic and/or coaching methodologies depending on what you are looking to achieve.
I have worked in the Financial Services Sector for over 26 years, specialising in People Resource Management and bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to my practice in association with career and personal development. I am also experienced in working with clients who want to improve their general health and wellbeing and relationship with food and exercise.
During our sessions, I work on problem-solving behaviours, helping you to develop day-to-day tools for finding constructive, creative solutions to the things you’re finding difficult. This is an approach that is designed to promote personal growth and change, offering the opportunity to develop the kinds of skills that can be applied to all areas of your life.
My fees are £45 for 50 minute individual sessions
My working days are Fridays and some evenings - please contact me for availability.
